🐾 What’s Included
Every visit is personalized to your pet’s routine, personality, and needs. Depending on the service, care may include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter box care, playtime, companionship, and lots of love and attention.
Basic brushing is available upon request. Hypoallergenic wipe-downs can also be provided, along with paw and towel clean-up on rainy or snowy days.
You’ll receive a visit update so you know how your pet is doing, along with photos whenever possible. Routine medication assistance may also be available when arranged in advance.
📍 Service Area
Toe Beans and Tails Pet Care proudly serves Kernersville, Greensboro, and surrounding communities.
Kernersville and the Greensboro areas regularly covered during my daily service routes are included within the standard service area at no additional travel charge.
Service may also be available in High Point, Winston-Salem, Oak Ridge, Walkertown, and other surrounding areas. Locations outside the regular service area may require an additional travel fee based on distance and scheduling.

🐕🐱 Additional Pets
Dog walking and drop-in visit pricing includes care for up to two pets in the same household.
For households with more than two pets, an additional $5 per pet, per visit applies.
For cat-only households, care for up to four cats is included in the standard visit price. For households with more than four cats, an additional $5 per cat, per visit applies.
Have a mixed-pet household or something a little unusual? No problem! We’ll discuss everyone’s needs during your Meet & Greet and make sure your service is priced appropriately.
💊 Medication Assistance
Routine medication assistance may be available when discussed and arranged in advance.
Medication instructions must be provided before care begins. During your Meet & Greet, we’ll review your pet’s medication routine and make sure I’m comfortable providing the care they need safely.
For pets with significant medical or specialized care needs, we’ll discuss whether Toe Beans and Tails Pet Care is the appropriate fit.

Holiday surcharges are added to the regular service price and will always be disclosed before booking.
Holiday availability is limited, so advance reservations are strongly encouraged.

Your reservation holds dedicated time on the Toe Beans and Tails schedule. Because that time may prevent another family from booking, advance notice is appreciated whenever plans change.
Regular Reservations
🐾 48+ hours before your visit: Full refund or account credit
🐾 24–48 hours before your visit: 50% refund or credit
🐾 Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable
Holiday Reservations
🎉 7+ days before holiday service: Full refund or account credit
🎉 3–7 days before holiday service: 50% refund or credit
🎉 Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable
